co:lab was set up by like-minded creative individuals, all with years of experience behind them working in creative fields that covered branding, graphic design, and web development. The team initially connected through sharing studio space, gradually combing talents and working collaboratively on projects. It was pretty clear, even from early on that there was a unique synergy amongst the team, so forming an agency was a no brainer!

After graduating with a masters degree in Design for Digital Media, Rich has gone on to enjoy a varied and prolific fifteen year design career, working within a variety of market sectors as a graphic designer, brand development expert, user experience and digital designer.




Craig has been working in web design and development for nearly 20 years, launching sites for some of the UK’s largest online brands including Crocus, Waitrose, the RHS and Homebase. Craig has extensive experience in developing high quality, effective user experiences with a focus on conversion.




Simon has over 20 years’ experience in the creative digital industry and has worked alongside companies including the Guardian, Standard Chartered, VMWare, M&C Saatchi, IBM, S3 amongst others. Simon’s knowledge is a culmination of experience in business strategy/development, client services and also product delivery.




Graduating with a law degree, Felicity qualified as an employment lawyer, practicing in London. She diversified into writing for leading luxury travel brands, drove marketing for an expanding upholstery company and runs a successful yoga business. She brings a mix of legal, marketing, creative and administrative experience to the team.




While Hutch is definitely the Top Dog round here, it would be a stretch to say that he’s the brains of the operation.
