Trentham Estate

JLL engaged us to create an investment memorandum brochure to support the sale of Trentham Estate, a popular visitor attraction located on the southern edge of Stoke-on-Trent. The brochure highlighted the estate’s many attractions, including stunning gardens, shopping outlets, and a variety of cafes and restaurants. We managed the entire project, overseeing map creation, photography, and the production of a promotional video to complement the brochure.
